You may use this form to claim your emergency lodging credit. (Formerly known as the temporary emergency lodging credit)
Eligibility
Licensed establishments providing short-term emergency lodging under the Emergency Lodging Program.
Benefit
$30 for each day of lodging provided by the establishment with a maximum of five nights’ lodging for each individual.
