Wage Withholding Lookback Letters Mailed to Account Owners
The Department of Revenue mailed Wage Withholding Lookback letters to withholding account owners during the week of October 20.
If you received a lookback letter, it means your remittance schedule will change for the upcoming 2026 tax year. Please update your records or notify your payroll provider to avoid penalties and interest.
If you did not receive a lookback letter, your remittance schedule did not change.
