County Beer and Wine Licenses

A County Beer and Wine License is used for establishments located anywhere within a county except inside an incorporated city or within five miles of an incorporated city.

  • Serve beer and wine
  • Apply for gambling
  • Be open from 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM

Fees

  • New License Fee: $400
  • Application Processing Fee: $400
  • Renewal Fee: $400

Note: The application processing fee only applies to original applications and is not applied to renewals.

Application Requirements

To apply for this license your business must be located within a building, or you plan on having the business within a building.  Mobile bars are not allowed to be licensed.

License Quotas and Limits

Quota limits do not apply to county beer and wine licenses.

Renewal Dates

A city beer and wine license must be renewed every year by June 30.
