Calendar & Ordering Deadlines
- Monday, May 25 is Memorial Day. Please check the calendar for changes to your day.
- Holiday ordering will start May 1. The Holiday Packet letter will be in the Transaction Portal (TAP) starting after May 2. You will have until the last business day of May (May 29) to place your order for holiday items. Remember that when a product is priced per bottle, that may also be the price for the package or unit.
Regulatory & Website Updates
- Due to the ADA Title II Regulations now in place, the Cover-to-Cover Price Book will not be posted on our website, but Excel files are available. If you require a digital copy, email us and we can send it to you. Many documents on the website will appear different due to this regulation. Reach out if you need something emailed to you.
- Retail Liquor Dealer Forms will be available online only later this month. Please reach out if you need the electronic form earlier.
Product Updates
- 401-076984-05, RUMPLE MINZE CINNAMINT WHK PET 12P (US), is now repackable.
- Starting May 1, DON JULIO ANEJO TQ (item 499-082445-05) pack size will change from 120 bottles to 60 bottles.

The email address for Liquor Distribution has changed. Please use DORCARDDistribution@mt.gov going forward for special orders, orders, and general questions.
Helpful Hint
Review your backorder lists weekly to ensure you receive what you want. If we receive enough to fill your backorder with more than you actually want, we may not be able to allow you to return the excess.
