The Montana Department of Revenue is committed to the fair administration of the tax laws of this state. This means that taxpayers should pay no more and no less than they owe the state of Montana. We recognize that most taxpayers are honest and seek to pay their fair share for the services they receive from the state. Unfortunately, we know there are individuals and businesses that evade paying taxes that they owe. This is fraud and it is illegal. We need you to help us find and stop this activity.
